It is Super Bowl Sunday! I am pretty certain I’ll be cooking all day long, so I decided to share one of my go to breakfast items – pancake muffins.
Pancake muffins are a quick, simple treat for my guys. This morning I served them with yogurt, fruit and chocolate milk!
16 ounces of Aunt Jemima Original Pancake and Waffle Mix
12 ounces of water
Optional: I like to add a pinch of cinnamon and sugar. You could also add miniature chocolate chips or blueberries.
Mix the pancake mix and water and if desired add cinnamon, sugar, chocolate chips or blueberries.
Grease the bottom of a muffin pan with Crisco and add your pancake mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with Aunt Jemima Syrup, butter and/or powdered sugar.
