I’m not sure where you’re located, but it is hotter than the hinges of Hell in Georgia. It is 97 degrees (feels like 101) and the sun is shining bright!
After a morning of spinning…
And grocery shopping…
I couldn’t bear the thought of turning on the oven. A family favorite, I quickly threw together meatball hoagies. Here is what you’ll need.
- Farm Rich Italian Style Meatballs
- Ragu Old World Style – Traditional Pasta Sauce
- Sargento Mozzarella Cheese
- Natural White Sub Rolls
- Parmesan Cheese
Spray your crock pot with cooking spray. In the crock pot, mix the Farm Rich Italian Style Meatballs and the Ragu Old World Style – Traditional Pasta Sauce. Be sure to thoroughly mix the meatballs in the pasta sauce.
Cook on high for three hours.
Arrange the meatballs on your sub roll and garnish with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Serve with a side a potato chips.
