Football has been and will continue to be a huge part of my life. I fondly remember traveling all over Western Pennsylvania to watch my brother play football and my father coach. Now, my little Tallen is in flag football. He actually has his first game tonight!
With my love of football, comes my love of “football” food.
Below is one of my husband’s favorite dishes. And did I mention it is pretty brainless. Perfect for my “mom brain!”
Monday Night Meatballs
One 32 ounce bag of frozen fully cooked meatballs
One 18 ounce jar of Smuckers Grape Jelly
One 18 ounce bottle of Sweet Baby Ray Barbecue Sauce
Combine the Smuckers Grape Jelly and the Sweet Baby Ray Barbecue Sauce in your crock pot.
Pour in the meatballs and stir them until they are coated in the grape jelly/barbecue sauce mixture.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
Arrange the meatballs on a tray and then add your toothpicks!
